The annual meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following the close of the annual meeting of landowners to elect officers.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting for 2020 of the owners of land situated in the Scappoose Drainage Improvement Company will be held Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Scappoose City Hall Council Chambers located at 33568 E. Columbia Avenue, Scappoose, Oregon, Columbia County. This meeting is for the purpose of electing two (2) qualified directors for three year terms or until their successors are elected and qualified; and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. At said meeting, each landowner shall be entitled to one (1) vote in person or by proxy or Certificate of Authority for each acre or partial acre of land owned by them in the Company. Please attend this meeting either in person or by proxy.
