CITY OF DUNDEE, OREGON HWY 99W PHASE A STREET LIGHTS Bids due: Feb 26, 2020 @ 3:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Sealed quotes for the Hwy 99W Phase A Street Lights will be received by the City of Dundee, P.O. Box 220, 620 SW Fifth Street, Dundee, Oregon 97115, until 3:00pm, February 26th, 2020. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked City of Dundee – Hwy 99W Phase A Street Lights, and shall be delivered to the City Hall front desk on or before the above bid date and time. No faxed bids will be considered. The Work consists of the installation of pole foundations; lighting poles and arms on fixed bases; luminaries, lamps and ballasts; and switching, conduit and wiring along Hwy 99W. Solicitation documents may be obtained from the City of Dundee web site at www.dundeecity.org under the Bid Opportunities section. BOLI Wage Rates are anticipated to be required for work completed as part of this project. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond payable to the City of Dundee, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds of one hundred percent (100%) submitted on the prescribed forms for faithful performance of the Contract in the full amount of the Contract price. The Surety issuing the bond must have an attorney-in-fact or a principal doing business in the State of Oregon. This information must be included on the bond statement.
