Notice of Public Sale Notice is hereby given that a public sale of certain intellectual property, including but not limited to general intangibles, will be held on February 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., Pacific Standard Time at 1601 F Street, Bellingham, Washington 98225 on account of default by QMAXX Products Group, Inc. of its obligations under that certain Third Amended and Restated Secured Convertible Promissory Note payable to Lenders. Lenders reserve the right to withdraw any items from the foreclosure sale. Terms of sale are cash or certified funds, USD, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Lenders in advance of the sale day. All interests of any kind arising from and related to the Type B MIL-PRF-63460F Cleaner, Lubricant and Preservative for Weapons and Weapon Systems; 7. US Patent No. 9,453,178, Application No. 14/253,328 for Corrosion-inhibiting Lubricant and Methods Therefor; 8. CA Patent No. 2,843,340, Application No. 2,843,340 for Corrosion-inhibiting Lubricant and Methods Therefor; 9.
