To: All Creditors of Coffee Solutions, LLC (Coffee Solutions) and Other Interested Persons: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 9, 2020, the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon for the County of Multnomah appointed a receiver for Coffee Solutions, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1205 SW Fairfax Place, Portland, Oregon 97225, in Coffee Solutions, LLC, Case No. 20CV02134. The receiver is Clyde A. Hamstreet & Associates, LLC, One SW Columbia STE 1575, Portland, Oregon 97258 (the Receiver). The Receiver’s counsel is Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, LLP, Attn.: Garrett S. Ledgerwood, 111 SW Fifth Avenue, Suite 3400, Portland, Oregon 97204. The Receiver has established a claims process in this case pursuant to ORS 37.340. The claims bar deadline for submission of claims in this case is April 11, 2020.
