NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SCHEDULED ON A PROPOSED CLACKAMAS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENT AND STATEWIDE GOAL 14 EXCEPTION TO REZONE A FARM FOREST 10 ACRE (FF-10) PROPERTY TO RURAL RESIDENTIAL FARM FOREST 5-ACRE (RRFF-5) The Clackamas County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold public hearings to consider a proposed Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for an exception to Statewide Planning Goal 14 to authorize a Zone Change from Farm Forest 10 Acre (FF-10) to Rural Residential Farm Forest 5-acre (RRFF-5) for a 10.09 acre parcel located at 15028 S Mitchell Lane, Oregon City (Tax Lot 32E22 00700). The proposal requires a Reasons exception to Statewide Planning Goal 14, under ORS 197.732 and OAR 660, Division 4.
