Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency – Public Notice – Annual Financial Report Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) has prepared the annual financial report required by ORS 457.460. The report states that the amount of property tax increment divided to the agency was $3,674,735 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. Expenditures, in the amount of $7,188,240 were for professional services, development incentives, property acquisition and management, debt service and inter-fund transfers. The report also notes the financial impact of the urban renewal plan on tax collections as affected taxing districts shared portions of property taxes with the urban renewal agency. The largest amount was $1,176,045 from the Beaverton School District. The report is available to all interested persons at the City of Beaverton Finance Department, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon.
