Fairview Urban Renewal Agency Annual Report The Fairview Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2018/19 annual report. It is on file at Fairview City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2018/19, the Agency received $650,000 in revenues, a loan from the City of Fairview. Expenditures from FY 2018/19 were $119,672 ($8,779 in debt service and $110,893 in materials and services). At June 30, 2019, the Agency had $12,172 of accounts payable and accrued liabilities in addition to the $650,000 loan from the City, which was classified as an interfund liability. The estimated revenues for FY 2019/20 are $76,226 in division of tax revenues, $3,400,000 in bond proceeds and $13,000 in interest. The 2019/20 budget includes $3,884,922 in resources and expenditures. There was no impact on taxing districts in FY 2018/19.
