PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID #4004-19-20 CITY OF PRINEVILLE Lori Ontko City of Prineville 387 NE 3rd Street Prineville, OR 97754 541-447-2340 The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) Police Department Adaptive Reuse Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on Thursday, the 19th day of March 2020 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will present the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on Tuesday, the 24th day of March 2020. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than Monday, the 13th day of April 2020 with a substantial completion date of no later than the 30th day of September 2020. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, the 26th day of February 2020 at the entry lobby of the project building, 1251 NE Elm Street in Prineville to review key project elements and answer questions. A walkthrough of the existing building will follow. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the Police Department Adaptive Reuse as described herein. All work and materials must comply with the adopted City of Prineville Standard Specifications except as superseded in the following special conditions. Copies of the Standard Specifications are available at the City of Prineville Planning Department, City Hall for $80.00. The Standard Specifications are also available on the City of Prineville website www.cityofprineville.com. Points of Clarification: The Engineer’s estimate range for this project is $2,310,000 – $2,650,000 for the base bid only.
