PUBLIC WORK SESSIONS Prior to the regular public meeting, the County Court meets for a general public work session in the County Legal Office located at 203 NE Court Street, Prineville, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Court members an opportunity to conduct informal communications with each other, review pending matters, and identify issues before taking action during regular public meetings. However, when time constraints require otherwise, the County Court may act on agenda items during work sessions, including executive session items held pursuant to ORS 192.660 or similar law. REGULAR PUBLIC SESSIONS The regular public meeting is the time during which the County Court considers items published in the agenda, including scheduled public hearing items, including approval of minutes, approval of legal documents, scheduled appearances, public hearings and executive session.
