NOTICE OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION Let’s Talk Diversity Coalition, Inc. (LTDC), an Oregon nonprofit corporation, has dissolved effective November 25, 2019. In accordance with ORS 65.644, this notice is to inform unknown claimants that a claim against LTDC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice. Claims must include the following: (1) the identity of the claimant; (2) a description of the claim, including relevant dates; (3) the amount claimed; and (4) any documentation supporting the claim.
