Notice of Preliminary Determination for Groundwater Registration Modification T-13012 T-13012 filed by City of Beaverton, 4755 SW Griffith Dr., Beaverton, OR 97005, proposes additional points of appropriation under Registration Application GR-343 (Certificate of Registration GR-328). The registration allows the use of 950 gallons per minute from a well in Sec. 21, T1S, R1W, WM for municipal use in Sects. 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, and 34, T1S, R1W, WM, and Sects. 4, 5, and 6, T2S, R1W, WM. The applicant proposes additional points of appropriation in Sects. 21 and 30, T1S, R1W, WM, and Sec. 5, T2S, R1W, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the modification, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-382-1000.
