CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO WOODMONT NATURAL PARK CONSTRUCTION Bids due: March 24th, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION FOR BIDS WORK ORDER #269 Sealed Bids for Work Order #269, Woodmont Natural Park Construction Project for the City of Lake Oswego will be received by the City’s Project Manager, Bruce Powers at the Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Bid Closing Time on Tuesday, March 24th, 2020, and then will be publicly opened and read. Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of the renovation of Woodmont Natural Park related to removal of trees, re-grading, landscaping, pathways, public street improvements. Project Substantial Completion shall be 180 days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 15 days from Substantial Completion. The Contract Documents may be reviewed, examined, and copies obtained at the Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained: — In person during business hours from Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Office, 17525 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034, with payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00; — By mail to Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Office above, or upon telephone request (phone: 503-675-2549), upon payment of non-refundable fee of $35.00, and additional $10.00 to cover postage and handling. — At local Plan Centers; and — Online from the City Planholder’s website, by downloading the Contract Documents at www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/ (If you have website questions concerning this website registration, please call Donna Broadhurst at 503.635.0266.) To receive all notifications, addenda, and view the Planholder’s list, a person or company must create an account and add its individual name or company to the Planholder’s list at www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Project Manager Bruce Powers in writing at the Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Office above, or at bpowers@ci.oswego.or.us with any questions. The City will investigate and determine the qualifications of the apparent low Bidder as part of its evaluation of the lowest responsive Bid. The Contract will be for a Public Works/Public Improvement project subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Because the City’s estimate of contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time, on the date for receipt of Bids.
