PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, March 18, 2020 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following application: Case File # LU-0002-2020. The applicant is seeking a Type III Variance and Site Development Review to expand truck/trailer parking at their existing distribution facility. The applicant has proposed to modify and expand truck parking in their current developed lot, as well as expand to an undeveloped lot, for which they seek a height variance 100 (hundred) feet for 5 light poles. Troutdale Municipal Code (TMC) states that the maximum height of an outdoor light fixture for developments located in industrially zoned properties shall be 50 (fifty) feet (TMC 8.26.040.A). The Planning Commission is the decision-making entity for this type of application and may take final action at this meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
