The parcels are located at 35600 NE Wild Horse Rd, Sherwood and 13500 NE Parrett Mountain Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance.
