Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the auditorium of the Public Services Building, 155 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon 97124, on Tuesday March 17, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., before the County Commissioners of Washington County, Oregon, on the intention to rename a portion of NW Old Cornelius Pass Road from its current name to NW Germantown Road. Said road to be renamed is more particularly described as follows: All that portion of County Road 1172 lying between centerline station 0+00.00 and centerline station 7+ 77.46, as shown on Washington County Survey number 33,371. Said roadway being situated in the Southeast one-Quarter of Section 12, T1 N, R2W, W.M. All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard.
