NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOL DISTRICT NCSD EMERGENCY GENERATOR UPGRADES Bids due: April 28, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID #: ITB-008-2020 North Clackamas School District requests bids for the above referenced project. The work of the contract consists of district wide upgrading of emergency generator power equipment and systems including MDF/IDF data server power, MDF/IDF HVAC, access control, reception area lighting, reception area power, addition of three (3) diesel generators with concrete pads, addition of branch panels, some minor patching and painting of penetrated walls, as well as painting of conduit or plug mold as indicated on Contract Documents prepared by MKE Engineering and their consultants. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of Bidding Documents at no charge from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) website: Engineering estimate for the total of this project is between $600,000 & $700,000. Pre-Bid meetings will be held at: Mount Scott Elementary School at 11201 SE Stevens Rd, Happy Valley, OR 97086. On Monday April 13th, at 9:30AM This is not a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, but attendance is highly encouraged. Social Distancing guidelines will be followed. Any statements made by the District’s or its representatives at the pre-bid meeting will not be binding on the District unless confirmed by Written Addendum. Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. Please review Document 00 20 00 Instruction to Bidders Section 1.3 for requirements and bid evaluation information. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements as adopted in Senate Bill 477 (effective January 1, 2006) including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state. Sealed bids shall be submitted by 2:00 PM Pacific Time, April 28, 2020 to Leif Palmer, Purchasing Specialist, North Clackamas School District, 12400 SE Freeman Way, Milwaukie, OR 97222. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted. No faxed bids will be accepted. Electronic bids will be accepted if received by the deadline.
