Notice of Budget Committee Meeting and Public Hearing on State Shared Revenue A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Mt. Angel, Marion County, State of Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held at 290 E. Charles Street, Mt. Angel, Oregon 97362. This meeting will take place on April 23, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget including the use of State Shared Revenues. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 8, 2020, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at 5 N. Garfield Street, Mt. Angel Oregon 97362 or online at www.ci.mt-angel.or.us/general/page/budget-documents. This notice can be viewed online at www.ci.mt-angel.or.us/general/page/budget-committe e-meeting-and-public-hearing-state-shared-revenue This is a meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Due to Coronavirus social distancing requirements, members of the committee will be in attendance via teleconference. City staff will admit persons who appear in person at the above mentioned location in accordance with the Oregon State Governors guidelines for gatherings. Any person may also listen to and/or participate during a question and answer session for the meeting by calling (425) 436-6303, and using access code 348820. Questions or comments may also be submitted by email to tvonflue@ci.mt-angel.or.us with Budget Hearing as the subject no later than 7:30pm on April 23, 2020, calling City Hall at (503) 845-9291 no later than noon on April 23, 2020, or dropping them by City Hall at 5 N.
