Notice Of Budget Committee Meeting- April 21, 2020

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Oregon Trail School District 46, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. In response to the current Covid-19 related health emergency, the District facilities are currently closed to the public and meetings will be held electronically. The first budget committee meeting will take place on the 21st day of April 2020, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, and proposed budget document, and to receive comment from the public on the budget. The meeting will take place via video conferencing. A link to the meeting will be posted on the District website www.oregontrailschools.com the day prior to the meeting A copy of the budget document may be obtained at the district’s web-site www.oregontrailschools.com or by mail after April 16 via request to busdir@ortrail.k12.or.us. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may provide comment to the Budget Committee. Public comment may be submitted in text comment at the meeting or via written format provided in advance. Advance written comments submitted at busdir@ortrail.k12.or.us by 5 pm on April 20, 2020 will be read during the public comments section on April 21, 2020.
