For Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs A1 and A2 at the contract rate of 14.40 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until fully paid. B. SECOND CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For recovery of the 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, VIN 1GCRKREA0CZ113017 (the Vehicle), by seizure and sale of the property through replevin and the assistance of the Sheriff in obtaining possession; and, alternatively, for the value of the Vehicle if Defendant fails to surrender it; 2. For Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs B1 and B2 at the contract rate of 14.40 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until fully paid. C. ALL CLAIMS FOR RELIEF: 1.
