NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING The Jefferson County Fire District #1 Board of Directors will meet at 5:00 pm, May 11 th, at 765 South Fifth Street Madras to appoint two new budget committee members. The meeting is open to the public. Fifth St, Madras OR. 97741. The meeting will take place on May 11th, 2020 at 5:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. There will be a zoom meeting held for members of the public who are more comfortable viewing remotely. See the link below.
