PUBLIC NOTICE A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Clackamas Fire District #1, Clackamas, Oregon, will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 6:00 pm to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The purpose of this meeting will be to receive the budget message and to receive public comment. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may attend the meeting and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, this meeting will be held by remote video conferencing. If you would like to attend online or by phone, contact karen.strejc@clackamasfire.com for the link to the meeting. Everyone is encouraged to attend the meeting online or by phone. If you cannot access the meeting online or by phone and wish to attend the meeting, contact Executive Assistant Karen Strejc at 503-742-2646 by Thursday, April 30, 2020. A meeting room at the Mt. Scott Fire Station, located at 9339 SE Causey Avenue, Happy Valley, Oregon, will be made available. In order to follow social distancing guidelines, the meeting room will be limited to 16 people at a time. A copy of the budget document will be available on or after May 7, 2020 on the District’s website at: www.clackamasfire.com. If a hard copy is required, it may be obtained on Thursday, May 7th at 11300 SE Fuller Rd, Milwaukie, Oregon between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm by appointment.
