CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE FILE NO.: CU-001-20 CHAN STR NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Hearings Board (PZHB), through a Zoom virtual meeting at or shortly after 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. At this hearing, the PZHB will consider a request for Conditional Use approval to allow a Bed and Breakfast Inn (aka Short Term Rental [STR]) located within an existing home on a site approximately 0.10 acres in size. No site improvements are being proposed at this time. The property owners and applicant are Charles and Putheany Chan. The subject property is specifically identified as Tax Lot 9200 on Washington County Assessor’s Tax Map 1S2-02BC and is generally located north of SE Wrenfield Street, south of SE Ariel Street, east of SE 71st Avenue and west of SE 73rd Avenue. The applicable approval criteria for a Conditional Use application may be found in Community Development Code (CDC), Section 12.80.020.
