Portland Community College Public Notice Portland Community College (PCC) is seeking exemption from the competitive bidding pursuant to ORS 279C.335 (5). The PCC Board of Directors will hold a public hearing for taking comments on draft findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements. The exemption, if approved, would authorize the use of an alternative procurement process, a request for proposal solicitations, to obtain Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Cascade Campus Public Safety Building Replacement and the Cascade Campus Public Services Education Building Medical Simulation Labs. The intent will be to have one General Contractor for both projects. The hearing to consider the proposal exemption will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 5:30 PM PDT held virtually.
