Notice of Budget Committee Meeting- Estacada Cemetary Maintenance District

PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING ESTACADA CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Budget Committee of the Estacada Cemetery Maintenance District, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, will hold a virtual public meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held at the Estacada City Hall, 475 SE Main Street, Estacada, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 21st day of May, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or after May 14, 2020 by emailing ecmd1964@gmail.com. This is a virtual public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may submit written testimony on the proposed budget in writing prior no later than 4pm on May 21st to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our more vulnerable members of the community, the Estacada Cemetery District will be holding public meetings virtually. Everyone is encouraged to please attend the meeting online. Anyone who cannot access the meeting online can attend the meeting in person in the Council Chambers at Estacada City Hall. In order to follow social distancing guidelines from Clackamas County Public Health Authority, the City Council Chambers will be limited to 10 people at a time.
