NOTICE CITY OF BEAVERTON BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AND SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Budget Committee of the City of Beaverton, Oregon will hold a public meeting on May 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to review the proposed Supplemental Budget and budget transfers for the City of Beaverton including the use of revenue sharing funds for the fiscal year 2019-20. Oregon Local Budget Law typically requires the City to permit any person to appear in person to ask questions about and comment on the proposed Supplemental Budget and the use of revenue sharing funds for the fiscal year 2019-20. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Budget Committee will no longer permit members of the public to attend in person. Persons interested in participating may provide written comments at least 24 hours in advance of these public meetings by either (1) emailing Joanne Harrington, at jharrington@beavertonoregon.gov, with the subject line of Written Comments/Questions for Budget Committee Meeting
