NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA), Washington County, State of Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held in the City Council Chambers at The Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive, consider and discuss the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the BURA Budget Committee will take place. Oregon Local Budget Law typically requires the City to permit any person to appear in person to ask questions about and comment on the budget or any part of it. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the BURA Budget Committee will no longer permit members of the public to attend in person. Persons interested in participating may provide written comments at least 24 hours in advance of this public meeting by either (1) emailing urbanrenewal@beavertonoregon.gov, with the subject line of Written Comments/Questions for BURA Budget Committee Meeting
