Notice of Budget Committee Meeting Jefferson County Library District If needed, a public meeting of the Budget Committee of Jefferson County Library District, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 20201 will be held at the Rodriguez Annex, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, OR 97741, and also via Zoom (meeting ID 534-759-5011) Madras, Oregon 97741. The meeting will take place on Monday, June 8, 2020, beginning at 5:15 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. For anyone needing computer access, please call (541.475.3351) or email (info@jcld.org) the Library by Monday June 8 at 4:00 pm to make accommodations. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at this meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 8, 2020, at the Jefferson County Library District, 241 SE 7th Street, Madras, Oregon 97741, between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm, Monday – Friday. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 as approved by the Jefferson County Library District Budget Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at the Jefferson County Library between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday-Friday, or online at jcld.org.
