PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Wednesday, July 15, 2020 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding two proposed text amendments to the Troutdale Development Code: — 75-04 Text Amendment – Storage Facilities. The City of Troutdale is preparing to file a text amendment application to amend Chapters 1 and 3 of the Troutdale Development Code (TDC) to consider the allowance of storage facilities in the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district as a conditional use. The amendment also seeks to establish a definition in the TDC for the terms storage and storage facility. — 75-05 Text Amendment – Sign Permitting. The City of Troutdale is preparing to file a text amendment application to amend Chapter 10 of the TDC. The amendment seeks to clarify definitions of certain types of signage, to no longer require sign permits to undergo Type I land use reviews, and to increase the allowed sign face area for portable signs.
