PUBLIC NOTICE FORMATION OF PROPOSED REIMBURSEMENT DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Madras will be conducting a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 in the Madras City Hall Council Chambers located at 125 SW E Street to consider acceptance of the City Administrator’s Report on the formation of a Reimbursement District for extension of the City’s public sewer main, and to allow any person that is or may be monetarily affected by the formation of the proposed reimbursement district to attend and present comments. The Forester Reimbursement District, if approved by Council, may affect the following lots in the subdivision: Map #11-14-06 CD Lot 500 & 600 Dustin and Kara Olson Lot 700 & 800 Clifford & Theresa Morris Lot 900 Gordon Nicholson Lot 1000 William & Trudy Croco Lot 1100 Eric & Tina Jorgensen Lot 1200 John Bauley Lot 1300 & 1400 Tim & Susan Forester Lot 1500 Jonathon & Marian Granby Anyone wishing to present testimony may do so in person during the public hearing or can submit written comments which will be entered into the record. A copy of the City Administrator’s Report will be available for review at the Madras City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to offer comments you are encouraged to do so, in writing, prior to the hearing.
