PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET L-29-20, a request by Paul Jellum for a property line adjustment transferring approximately .038 acres from Tax Lot 3207-5101 to Tax Lot 3207-5000, resulting in parcels of approximately 6.96 and .478 acres. The parcels are located at 24695 North Valley Rd and 15925 NE Chehalem Dr, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., July 30, 2020. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
