Scappoose Bay Marine Park Advisory Committee Vacancy The Port of Columbia County is seeking to fill a recent vacancy on the Scappoose Bay Marine Park Advisory Committee. The committee undertakes projects and advises the Port’s staff and the Board of Commissioners on a variety of matters relating to the marina. The meetings take place every other month at 5:30 p.m., on the first Tuesday of the month, at the Port Office.
