Notice of Preliminary Determination for Groundwater Registration Modification T-13221 T-13221 filed by Charles Eggert, Mayfield Farms, LLC, 18555 SW Teton Ave, Tualatin, OR, 97062, proposes modification of a place of use, character of use and points of appropriation under Registration Application GR-3351 (Certificate of Registration GR-3103). Registration Application GR-3351 allows the use 112 gpm from three Wells (Willamette River basin), within Sec. 32, T3S, R1W, WM, for irrigation and industrial use within Sec. 32, T3S, R1W, WM. The applicant proposes changes to modify the place of use and five new points of appropriation within Lot 9, DLC 39, Sec. 32, T3S, R1W, WM. The applicant also proposes to modify the character of use change from industrial to irrigation within Lot 9, Sec. 32. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the groundwater registration modification, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-382-1000. Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or standing statement within 30 days after the last date of newspaper publication of this notice, July 29, 2020.
