PUBLIC NOTICE On July 21, 2020, the Milwaukie City Council initiated the vacation of public right-of-way within Milwaukie Bay Park. The area to be dedicated is approximately 70 ft wide and 315 ft long and is designated as Harlow Road. The Milwaukie City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed vacation on August 18, 2020.
