Conditional Use Permit (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a short-term vacation rental at 1213 E Ninth Street. Health Hazard Annexation (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application to annex approximately 1.0 acres of property located within the Urban Growth Boundary due to a lack of potable water at 2255 NE Chehalem Drive, Yamhill County Tax Lot R3218BA 00400.
