NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendments file Z0149-20-D. On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, beginning no earlier than 6:30 p.m. the Gladstone Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amendments pertaining to: re-zoning 1.04 acres of Tax lot 22E17DC00701 from low density residential (R7.2) to Multifamily Residential (MR) to allow the development of additional parking and recreation for the existing Webster Ridge Apartments. Public hearings are usually held in the Council Chambers of Gladstone City Hall, located at 18505 Portland Ave., Gladstone, Oregon. However, per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-16, regarding compliance with Oregon’s public meetings laws, the City of Gladstone is abiding by social distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic. This public hearing may be conducted virtually using the Zoom platform.
