CITY OF TROUTDALE PARKS MASTER PLAN Qualifications due: August 21, 2020 @ 5:00 pm REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF INTEREST AND QUALIFICATIONS The City of Troutdale (City) is seeking a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) or other qualified professional consulting firm to develop and prepare a new City of Troutdale Parks Master Plan. The new master plan will guide future planning and delivery of municipal infrastructure in the form of parks, recreational activity centers, nature trails, and other recreational facilities that contribute to the quality of life for the residents of Troutdale. The performance of these services is expected to commence on or about December 1, 2020 and the City anticipates that this master plan will take up to twelve (12) months to complete.
