NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT ISSUANCE The City of Beaverton intends to issue a site development permit for the proposed CWS Fanno Creek project. The site (Fanno Creek between SW Denney and SW Hall) is within the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) designated 100-year floodplain of Fanno Creek. The work proposed consists of soil excavation, grading, and stream realignment that may affect flood waters during large storm events. Written appeals, based solely on anticipated adverse effects of this work, may be filed with the City Recorder on or before 5:00 PM, PST, Monday, August 24, 2020. This notice is intended to meet the requirements of Beaverton City Code, Section 9.05.085.
