HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing on September 21, 2020 at 7 p.m. via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Health Hazard Annexation (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application to annex approximately 1.0 acres of property located within the Urban Growth Boundary due to a lack of potable water at 2255 NE Chehalem Drive, Yamhill County Tax Lot R3218BA 00400. The current Yamhill County zoning designation of VLDR-1 would change to R-1. The current Comprehensive Plan designation is LDR (Low Density residential).
