Plaintiff, vs. Anderson, Edna H., et al, Defendants, PUBLIC NOTICE hereby is given pursuant to ORS 312.190, that the two-year period for the redemption of all properties included in the 2018 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Marion County, Oregon, on August 22, 2018, in the circuit court of the State of Oregon for Marion County, case number 18CV37385, and included in the judgment entered therein on October 2, 2018, will expire on October 2, 2020. All properties ordered sold under said judgment, unless redeemed on or before said October 2, 2020, will be deeded to Marion County, Oregon, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited forever to said Marion County, Oregon.
