NOTICE OF STREET VACATION AND HEARING The Madras City Council will be conducting a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 in the Madras City Council Chambers located at 125 SW E Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed alleyway vacation at the location described below. After the public hearing, Council may consider passage of an ordinance formalizing the proposed vacation. PROPOSED AREA TO BE VACATED: VACATE THE ALLEY BETWEEN S.W. CELILO STREET AND S.W. KOYODA STREET OWNER(S) OF RECORD OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: David Jordan 11-13-14 AD 701, 702 Robert & Irene Aimone 11-13-14 AD 600, 700 Resnick Family Trust 11-13-14 AD 100 George & Mary Hawes 11-13-14 AD 1000 Matthew Jimenez 11-13-14 AD 902 Geunther Enterprises, LLC 11-13-14 AD 501 Patrick Brophy 11-13-14 AD 200 The applicant who is initiating the vacation proceedings is the Robert & Irene Aimone and David Jordan as authorized by Ordinance 941 (Per ORS 271.080 to 271.160 Procedures to vacate Right of Way). Copies of the map of the area to be vacated are available at Madras City Hall located at 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Objections or remonstrances must be filed, in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 or can be presented verbally to the Council during the Public Hearing.
