City of Tigard – Notice of Budget Committee Meeting The City of Tigard Budget Committee will meet Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. in a virtual meeting capacity. The purpose of the meeting is to receive an update on the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget, discuss impacts of the COVID support programs, review the work needed to help eliminate institutionalized racism in Tigard, and Tigard Parks funding. While we are not able to accommodate in-person public testimony, we encourage you to send in written testimony or call in live during the meeting to comment on this budget. Your comment will be read or summarized during the budget committee meeting on October 3rd. Here are the instructions: Write In Testimony for the meeting: Use the form at http://www.tigard-or.gov/budget to leave your testimony or comment about what is included in the budget. This must be completed by Thursday, October 1st. Phone into the Budget Committee Meeting: We anticipate public testimony starting at approximately 9:15am; please call 503.966.4101 starting at 8:30am and you will be placed in a queue and we will take your testimony on a first come first serve basis.
