CLACKAMAS 800 RADIO GROUP / WASHINGTON COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATION AGENCY / THE CITY OF NEWBERG VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS AND RELATED SERVICES Proposals due: October 27, 2020 @ 1:30 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION 20-0929 Clackamas 800 Radio Group / Washington County Consolidated Communication Agency / The City of Newberg hereinafter WCN issues this Request for Proposals to obtain competitive Offers from qualified Firms interested in providing video surveillance systems and related services. PURPOSE OF THE RFP: WCN invites proposals from qualified firms to design, furnish, and install a video surveillance system at 48 remote communication site shelters and recording and monitoring systems at up to 4 Dispatch Centers. It is anticipated that Work will commence on or before November 16, 2020 and be substantially complete by May 30, 2021. Prospective Bidders must register with ORPIN – http://orpin.oregon.gov/ to obtain the solicitation documents. A pre-proposal conference will NOT be held. Proposers must submit an Offer pursuant to the provisions of this Solicitation to the C800 Manager, or designee, at 11300 SE Fuller Rd Milwaukie, OR 97222 PRIOR to the due date and time (Closing): SOLICITATION CLOSING October 27, 2020 at 1:30PM Offers will be opened at 1:35pm and recorded. The number of Offers received, the identity of Proposers, or the contents of any Offer will not be disclosed to the public until all Offers have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for Award has been published. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that WCN receives its Offer. Late Offers will not be accepted. This is a public work contract and thus subject to payment of prevailing wages per ORS 279C.800 to 870.
