PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Prineville will hold a public hearing regarding the sale of real property in accordance with ORS 221.725 during a Special Council meeting. The Prineville City Council proposes to sell 21.13 acres within the following property within the City of Prineville, County of Crook, described on Crook County, Oregon, Tax Assessor’s Maps as: 141600-1600, Prineville, Oregon 97754 The Prineville City Council considers it necessary and convenient to further the public interest to sell the property, as it is not needed for public use. Funds received for this property will go toward public improvement projects. The proposed use for the property will be developmental use. The hearing will be held telephonically at noon on the 5th day of October, 2020.
