CROOK COUNTY, OREGON INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID PROPOSALS Heavy Truck Chassis and Dump Bed Procurement NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Crook County, through its County Court, will open sealed bids for the procurement of a heavy truck and dump bed. Sealed bids will be received until Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., according to the official clock located in the Crook County Administration Office. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and delivered on or before the deadline to the Crook County Administration Office, 203 N.E. Court Street, Prineville, Oregon 97754. The bid opening will take place at 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at the Crook County Administration Office, 203 N.E. Court Street, Prineville, Oregon 97754. Final award will be announced during County Court at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Complete bidding documents may be obtained from Crook County’s website or by contacting Robert E. Crook County reserves the right to accept the bid and award the contract to the best qualified bidder which is in the best interests of the County, to postpone the acceptance of bids received and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or to reject any and all bids received and further advertise for bids.
