Notice of Public Hearing Annexation: 2145 Molalla Rd NE (ANX 2019-01) On October 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to hear annexation into city limits of 8.62 acres of territory at 2145 Molalla Road NE (Tax Lot 051W09B 000900) known as the Ivanov Property (ANX 2019-01), along with adjacent right-of-way (ROW) of Oregon Highway 211 / Molalla Road, and development into the Woodburn Eastside Apartments complex of 220 apartments. Because of coronavirus, though the hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon, the hearing will be remote/teleconference/virtual and the building will remain closed to the public.
