Public Notice Oak Lodge Water Services The Oak Lodge Water Services Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 6 p.m. To promote physical separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, the Board President has directed that, until further notice, public attendance at Board meetings will be telephonic only. In the event of a meeting venue change, the District will notify the public by updating the website: www.oaklodgewaterservices.org. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and have unlimited long-distance calling should dial (253) 215-8782 at the designated time and enter the access code 889 9832 9430. A toll-free number is also available using the same access code and dialing (888) 788-0099. Please note that members of the public will be muted until the public comment portion of the agenda. The agenda for the meeting will include a Consent Agenda containing the September Financial Report, Meeting Minutes, Extension of Declaration of State of Emergency, and Approval of Contract for Emergency Water Intertie Preliminary Design; an Update from North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District; a Resolution Approving the Water Master Plan; a PERS Side Account Update: a Community Briefing Materials Update; Department Reports; and Business from the Board. In addition, the Board will convene an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection and 192.660(2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
