HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold a legislative public hearing on October 19, 2020 at 7 p.m. via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Ordinance establishing a Construction Excise Tax and creating Chapter 3.60 in the Newberg Municipal Code File: GEN19-0004 You may examine information regarding this project at the Newberg Community Development Department, 414 E First Street, Newberg, OR 97132, or on the city website at https://www.newbergoregon.gov/planning. The City Council asks that 10 copies of written testimony be submitted to the City Recorder before 12:00 PM on October 15, 2020. Written testimony received after that time will be brought before the Council on the night of the meeting for consideration and a vote to accept or not accept it into the record.
