NOTICE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HEARING CASEFILE 20-A-01 The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a public hearing to take public testimony on a proposed church, community center and living quarters only in the Crooked River Ranch Residential area on a 5.5 acre parcel of land at 5900 SW Tarpon in Crooked River Ranch. The parcel is further identified as T13, R12, S25B, Tax Lot 1700. The hearing will be held on November 4, 2020, at 5:30 pm at the Madras Performing Arts Center located at 412 Buff St Street, Madras, OR. Facility is located next to the Madras High School. The failure to raise an issue by the close of the record at or following the final evidentiary hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
