PUBLIC NOTICE T-Mobile West LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an +/- 83-foot building located at 1500 Northeast Irving Street, Portland, Multnomah County, OR 97232. The modifications will consist of removal and replacement of antennas at +/- 81.5 feet above ground level (measured to the top of the antennas) on the penthouse.
