NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE 2854 Hearing Date, Time, and Location: The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be held virtually with opportunities for the public to participate.
